30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love your Veilblade. If you're not happy with it for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

How to start a return

Email us at xavellestore@gmail.com with your order number and a short note. We reply within 24-48 hours with the return address and instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us, as returns sent without instructions can't be processed.

Condition

Please return the katana with all included parts (sheath, smoke oil bottle and charging cable) and the original packaging if you still have it. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Damaged or faulty items

If your Veilblade arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days of delivery, email us a photo or short video and we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You won't need to ship the faulty item back.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

EU and UK customers

You also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.
