Free tracked shipping on every order
Shipping is free to every country we ship to, with no minimum order.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 15-30 business days after they ship. Remote areas and busy holiday periods can take a little longer. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
Ordering for Christmas?
To have it under the tree in time, we recommend ordering by November 10.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, every European Union country, Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Israel, the United Arab Emirates and Hong Kong.
Customs and import duties
Some countries charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs office and are paid by the buyer.
Late or lost parcels
If your tracking hasn't updated for 15 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 40 business days, email xavellestore@gmail.com and we'll reship it or refund you.
Wrong address?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update it before your order ships.
